First, apply to work with LGN using the button below that says “Apply Now.” If deemed a good fit, we will schedule a quick consultation so I can learn about you, your nutrition goals, and what you're looking for. We will then pick the package that best suits your needs and get to work!
You will sign on for a minimum of 3 months of nutrition coaching to allow reasonable time for nutrition education, habit adjustments and sustainable results.

LGN packages vary based on the athlete and this can be determined after the discovery call. All services are offered on a monthly basis and include:
2-3 one on one virtual calls
Full nutrition and lifestyle assessment
Nutrient analysis reviewing macronutrient and micronutrient intakes
Blood work as needed (dependent on program)
