This program is designed for competitive, motivated and goal-oriented athletes ranging from high school – pro levels (parents may also be involved if the athlete is in high school). LGN clients are open to and interested in learning new skills to elevate their nutrition habits and maximize performance.

LGN packages vary based on the athlete and this can be determined after the discovery call. All services are offered on a monthly basis and include:
2-3 one on one virtual calls
Full nutrition and lifestyle assessment
Nutrient analysis reviewing macronutrient and micronutrient intakes
Blood work as needed (dependent on program)
Personalized nutrition plans tailored to your individual needs, goals, training regimen
Fueling strategies for optimal recovery
Supplement education and guidelines
Continuous support and accountability

In short, no. We believe that knowledge is power and one session would not scratch the surface on sports nutrition basics. LGN coaching packages begin at a minimum commitment of 3 months.

All services are currently virtual. I hold video calls on a secure platform where we meet face to face in the comfort of your home.

Nope! This is a diet-free space and you are encouraged to include the foods you love in your fueling plan. You’ll be encouraged to add more variety to your meals and snacks, so that may be one area of change.
